WE SHIP CONTINENTAL USA ORDERS EITHER BY UPS OR US POSTAL PRIORITY.YOU HAVE THE OPTION FOR UPS 1-DAY, 2-DAY or 3-DAY SERVICE. UPS DEFINES 'DAY-1' AS THE DAY FOLLOWING THE PICKUP DATE. WE SHIP ALL EXPEDTIED ORDERS THE SAME DAY OF ORDERING, IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED BEFORE 4 PM MOUNTAIN TIME. UPS DOES NOT COUNT SATURDAY OR SUNDAY AS A SHIPPING DAY, SO PLEASE FACTOR THIS INTO YOUR SHIPPING DATE ARRIVAL.

WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS BY EITHER USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY, or USPS EXPRESS. GLOBAL PRIORITY IS A 6-10 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE. EXPRESS IS A 4 TO 8 BUSINESS DAY SERVICE. WE USE EXPRESS, IF THE SHIPPING AMOUNT YOU PAID COVERS IT, OTHERWISE WE USE PRIORITY. PLEASE NOTE: VERY LARGE ORDERS, REQUIRING MULTIPLE BOXES AND / OR OVERSIZED BOXES, WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES. WE CAN ONLY COMPUTE SUCH TOTALS AT TIME OF SHIPMENT. WE WILL CONTACT YOU, IF THE TOTAL IS MORE THAN YOU PAID IN THE SHOPPING CART.

    International Duties and Taxes
    The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duty due on receipt.

    RETURNS:
    Custom and Large Orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Some models and replicas (where noted) are also non-refundable and may not be returned. Costumes and Suits may be exchanged for another size.

    All Other Items: You may return an item in its original condition, including all packaging, for a refund within 30 days of receiving - unless otherwise noted on the item page. Shipping & handling charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error. Include a copy of your invoice stating your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. If using a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If paying by money order or check, a refund check will be mailed to you in 2-4 weeks. We suggest you use UPS or Insured US Mail for the return. If there is any question, contact us. Please note: Special orders and large quantity orders cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
