Here's the larger of our two Gemini spacecraft models... The Gemini spacecraft carried 20 astronauts into space from 1964-1966 in order to test the effects of prolonged exposure to space on astronauts and practice key maneuvers such as docking with another vessel in space and landing a spacecraft in water.
It includes nose detail, radar antenna, thrusters, shingle detail, and the gold mylar wrap at the rear of the Equipment Module. A nice way to celebrate the spacecraft that took NASA one step closer to the moon.
Gemini spacecraft is resin cast and measures 10 inches in length.
