Meteorite Damascus Steel Pendant
This Pendant was made out of Meteorite Damascus steel. It contains Gibeon Iron meteorite and High Carbon tool steel.
Gibeon Iron meteorite came from one of the largest iron meteorite finds in Namibia, Africa. This very beautiful and unusual meteorite was first found in 1836. Most specimens show flight markings and evidence of a violent atmospheric breakup. A beautiful fine octahedrite pattern when etched and is very resistant to rust because of the tight fitting crystals, lack of inclusions, and high nickel content.
Makes a great and unique gift from out of this world. Meteorites are older and rarer than diamonds.
