This was the first Shuttle flight with a female pilot and the second flight carrying a Russian cosmonaut. One of Discovery's primary objectives was a rendezvous with the Russian Mir Space Station, in a dress rehearsal for an upcoming docking mission.

Important notes for your Mission Log:
- If the product is damaged or if it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
- Please note that special orders, such as the Replica Apollo Suit, cannot be canceled once ordered.
- Art Prints, Astronaut Suits, and Models are also non-cancelable once shipped.
