Celebrating the launch of SpaceX Crew-11 and progress toward Mars

The upcoming launch of SpaceX Crew-11 is one of many exciting recent milestones for the aerospace enthusiast crowd. While SpaceX prepares to send another group of astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS), The Space Store is proud to offer a selection of official memorabilia that commemorates the mission. 

Scheduled for launch on July 31, 2025, the SpaceX Crew-11 mission marks a pivotal chapter in NASA’s Commercial Crew Program. This mission will transport four esteemed astronauts (NASA’s Zena Cardman and Michael Fincke, JAXA’s Kimiya Yui, and Roscosmos’ Oleg Platonov) to the ISS.

This mission follows on the heels of some major events, like the arrival of private astronaut missions and cargo flights that support ongoing research and operations aboard the station. 

This launch also coincides with NASA’s broader Artemis program, which seeks to extend human presence to the Moon and beyond (eventually to Mars, let’s all hope). The Artemis program has only received relatively quiet coverage in mainstream news, but it’s an essential stepping stone in getting boots on the ground on other planets.
