A few days, scientists may have made one of the greatest discoveries in astronomy. They discovered what looked like another planet that was seen outside our galaxy.

Marsquakes, as they’re unsurprisingly known, have only been detected recently, but we have collected enough data by now to be able to understand them pretty well while also developing a deeper grasp on what it is that makes Mars’ makeup so unique.

While Marsquakes have almost definitely been happening periodically for thousands of years, we only now are able to measure them and detect their frequencies in a way that can give us more insight into this planet.
