To commemorate the brave heroes of the Apollo 1 mission, we have partnered with well know and respected space artists and enthusiasts Tim Gagnon and Dr. Jorge Cartes of Madrid Spain.
These 5" Commemorative patches are truly beautiful and unique.
"The patch depicts the descent stage of the Lunar Module on the surface of Tranquility Base. The American Flag is proudly displayed on the Moon signifying the accomplishment of not only the NASA and Contractor teams but of the entire nation. In the foreground is the Apollo 1 emblem left on the Moon by Armstrong and Aldrin. Five Apollo spacecraft fly over Tranquility Base in the “Missing Man” formation. They are the spacecraft of Apollo 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13 – the missions that did not land but which paved the way for the missions that would follow them.

The Space Store ships packages every business day. We ship worldwide and use US Postal and UPS. We pass on our discounted US Postal and UPS rates to you. We further have set the International US Postal Rates 20% below that rate, to help with shipping costs.
All International shipments may have customs, duties or taxes added, to your order. The recipient of the package is responsible for these costs. Please contact your local customs or Postal Authorities, to know what these fees may be.
Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier to our customers. Depending on the location of the particular supplier, the shipment may take up to ten days.
For 'oversized packages' and custom models, ACTUAL SHIPPING charges will apply and NOT what the shopping cart shows for shipping. The cart cannot compute over-sized packages. You will be notified what the shipping options and pricing will be.
CUSTOMS / DUTIES / TAXES
International orders likely will have customs, duties and / or taxes imposed on your shipment, before receiving your package. All of these costs are the customers responsibility. We are required to fill out the forms when we ship your package. We ALWAYS lower the price, near or cost, as to help reduce what may be imposed and charged to our customers.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted and given full refunds, if the item is returned in the original condition received. Refunds are then authorized and made to the method of payment that was made.
Special Orders, such as the Replica Apollo Suit cannot be cancelled, once ordered. Art Prints, Astronaut Suits and Models once shipped, cannot be cancelled. If returned, there is a 15% restocking fee. All orders older than 30 days that are returned for any reason, are also charged a 10% restocking fee.
