Apollo 8 became one of the most famous Apollo missions circling around the moon on Christmas 1968 where the astronauts James Lovell, Frank Borman and Bill Anders read from the bible.
This presentation bears a part of the flown heatshield of Apollo 8 and comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity plus a fact sheet about Apollo 8.
The source of this heatshield is a larger block formerly encased in lucite and given to NASA workers and VIPs as a recognition of their work in the Apollo program. Flown artifacts from Apollo 8 are very rare and high in demand.
This edition is limited to 50 presentations only. COA on backside.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier to our customers. Depending on the location of the particular supplier, the shipment may take up to ten days.
For 'oversized packages' and custom models, ACTUAL SHIPPING charges will apply and NOT what the shopping cart shows for shipping. The cart cannot compute over-sized packages. You will be notified what the shipping options and pricing will be.
CUSTOMS / DUTIES / TAXES
International orders likely will have customs, duties and / or taxes imposed on your shipment, before receiving your package. All of these costs are the customers responsibility. We are required to fill out the forms when we ship your package. We ALWAYS lower the price, near or cost, as to help reduce what may be imposed and charged to our customers.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted and given full refunds, if the item is returned in the original condition received. Refunds are then authorized and made to the method of payment that was made.
Special Orders, such as the Replica Apollo Suit cannot be cancelled, once ordered. Art Prints, Astronaut Suits and Models once shipped, cannot be cancelled. If returned, there is a 15% restocking fee. All orders older than 30 days that are returned for any reason, are also charged a 10% restocking fee.
