This 8" x 11.5" laminated, 2 sided presentation card, has flown artifacts from all 5 Space Shuttle Orbiters. Each artifact is approximately 1" x 5/8" in size.
The artifacts are:

The presentation is certified on the lower back, by Space Memorabilia Specialist Ken Havekotte of Spacecoast Cover Service, Merritt Island, Florida.
