EXPLORE: History and Destiny
This patch celebrates the 65 year history of NASA but in a broader sense the effort since 1958 to launch satellites into space in an effort to learn about our universe.
The red vector wing represents safe flight both in the atmosphere as represented by the sky blue area in the lower left as well as space in the center.
The Earth is in the foreground as the place our efforts begin. The Moon, past and future goal celebrates the Apollo and Artemis programs. The planet Mars beckons as the ultimate Artemis program destination and Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system awaits future visits.
EXPLORE- the title of this patch sums up our curiosity and desire that motivates these efforts.

is a quote from writer and friend David Hitt that he posted before the launch of Artemis I. It just resonated with me so perfectly, I hope it touches others too.
I am a child of Apollo, my children and grandchildren are of the Artemis Generation living at the dawn of the “Orbital Age” - Destiny awaits.

The Space Store ships packages every business day. We ship worldwide and use US Postal and UPS. We pass on our discounted US Postal and UPS rates to you. We further have set the International US Postal Rates 20% below that rate, to help with shipping costs.
All International shipments may have customs, duties or taxes added, to your order. The recipient of the package is responsible for these costs. Please contact your local customs or Postal Authorities, to know what these fees may be.
Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier to our customers. Depending on the location of the particular supplier, the shipment may take up to ten days.
For 'oversized packages' and custom models, ACTUAL SHIPPING charges will apply and NOT what the shopping cart shows for shipping. The cart cannot compute over-sized packages. You will be notified what the shipping options and pricing will be.
CUSTOMS / DUTIES / TAXES
International orders likely will have customs, duties and / or taxes imposed on your shipment, before receiving your package. All of these costs are the customers responsibility. We are required to fill out the forms when we ship your package. We ALWAYS lower the price, near or cost, as to help reduce what may be imposed and charged to our customers.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted and given full refunds, if the item is returned in the original condition received. Refunds are then authorized and made to the method of payment that was made.
Special Orders, such as the Replica Apollo Suit cannot be cancelled, once ordered. Art Prints, Astronaut Suits and Models once shipped, cannot be cancelled. If returned, there is a 15% restocking fee. All orders older than 30 days that are returned for any reason, are also charged a 10% restocking fee.
