MERCURY MR-4 FLOWN TAPE PRESENTATION
Estimated delivery time: 4-12 business days depending on country, ships immediately. Mercury Redstone 4 was piloted by Virgil I. "Gus" Grissom. Launched July 21st 1961, Grissom became the 2nd American in space with "Liberty Bell 7".
This presentation bears a fragment of insulation tape recovered from the sunken capsule July 20th 1999 and removed during restoration process at the Kansas Cosmosphere Space Center.
The source of this heatshield is recovery leader Curt Newport.

- Triangle swatch of flown tape material mounted on a 7x9'' rigid foam board certified on the backside.
- Flown fragment of Liberty Bell 7 tape.
- Certificate of authenticity.
