Choose 16 inches for a short, layering-style necklace, or 18 inches for a standard-length necklace. [As a note, we asked an ultra-marathoner friend to try it out for us... She reported it to be both sturdy and so comfortable she forgot she was wearing it.] All U.S. orders come in a beautiful hand-stamped gift box. - Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

- If the product is damaged or if it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
