The first Soviet Union lunar rover, Lunokhod 1, landed on the Moon on November 17, 1970 ? carried into space aboard the Luna 17 craft. Lunokhod 1 operated in the Sea of Rains (Mare Imbrium) for nearly one year taking photos and soil samples, and radioing the results back to Earth.
The Red Robot package includes:
- One snap together plastic model (no glue needed to assemble) as pictured
- 2-sided, full-color, illustrated educational information sheet (see below), which also includes assembly instructions
- 11 collectible trading cards of famous astronauts, scientists, equipment and events

- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

- If the product is damaged or if it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
- Please note that special orders, such as the Replica Apollo Suit, cannot be canceled once ordered.
