SPACEX CRS-13 MISSION PATCH

SPACEX CRS-13, ALSO KNOWN AS SPX-13, WAS A COMMERCIAL RESUPPLY SERVICE MISSION  TO THE ISS. IT LAUNCHED ON DECEMBER 15, 2017. IT WAS THE SECOND MISSION TO SUCCESSFULLY REUSE A DRAGON CAPSULE, PREVIOUSLY FLOWN ON CRS-6. THE FIRST STAGE OF THE FALCON 9 FULL THRUST ROCKET WAS THE PREVIOUSLY FLOWN, "FLIGHT-PROVEN" CORE FROM CRS-11. THE FIRST STAGE OF RETURNED TO LAND AT CAPE CANAVERAL'S LANDING ZONE 1, AFTER SEPARATION OF THE FIRST AND SECOND STAGE. 

CRS-13 DRAGON RESUPPLY MISSION MISSION SPACEX’S FALCON 9 ROCKET WILL LAUNCH A DRAGON SPACECRAFT TO LOW-EARTH ORBIT TO DELIVER CRITICAL CARGO TO AND FROM THE INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION FOR NASA. SPACEX IS TARGETING LAUNCH OF ITS THIRTEENTH COMMERCIAL RESUPPLY SERVICES MISSION CRS-13 FROM SPACE LAUNCH COMPLEX 40 AT CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION, FLORIDA. THE INSTANTANEOUS LAUNCH WINDOW IS ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12 AT 11:46 A.M. EST, WITH A BACKUP LAUNCH OPPORTUNITY ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13 AT 11:24 A.M. EST, DRAGON WILL SEPARATE FROM FALCON 9’S SECOND STAGE ABOUT 10 MINUTES AFTER LIFTOFF AND ATTACH TO THE SPACE STATION ON DECEMBER 15. BOTH FALCON 9 AND THE DRAGON SPACECRAFT FOR THE CRS-13 MISSION ARE FLIGHT-PROVEN. FALCON 9’S FIRST STAGE PREVIOUSLY SUPPORTED THE CRS-11 MISSION IN JUNE 2017 AND THE DRAGON SPACECRAFT PREVIOUSLY SUPPORTED THE CRS-6 MISSION IN APRIL 2015. FOLLOWING STAGE SEPARATION, FALCON 9’S FIRST STAGE WILL ATTEMPT TO LAND AT SPACEX’S LANDING ZONE 1  AT CAPE CANAVERAL AIR FORCE STATION, FLORIDA.
